I hope to receive a refund without any hassles anymore from either AliExpress or my credit card company. Once I successfully receive a refund from either party, I will cancel the dispute with the other (either AliExpress or the credit card company). Also, I wish Aliexpress don't block my account if I get a refund from my credit card company.
Give each return an RMA number (just make a unique one up for each customer) and have them include it in the package. This will allow you to align up the return with the order. If your returns are going back directly to your supplier, most suppliers will provide this number for you. As you progress and get higher order volumes, your return
Shipping delay scam Aliexpress will not fix. There is a scam running on Aliexpress at the moment, where a seller contacts the buyer advising there will be a delay in shipping an item and offering a partial refund as compensation. Once accepted, the refund (for a small portion of the purchase price) goes through and from that point - it's not
If a seller tries to price gouge you or asks you to cancel an order, never cancel for personal reasons. The seller can lie and say you canceled after they shipped it, also Aliexpress doesn't take your cancellation as seriously so you're less likely to get your money back. Also I'm starting to doubt the seller ratings; this happened to me with a

Aliexpress is a platform where sellers can sell goods, the seller is responsible for shipping the item. ----- Here is a good example: you buy a TV online on the site of a local electronics store, they decide to cancel the shipment and not give you the money back, claiming Yeah sorry it is the factory's fault, we cannot refund.
Probably not. The seller needs to agree to the cancellation, and they probably won't do so. Its a new trend with sellers. They have likely already send your item. The status will change to "shipped" In the last hour it can. I think they use some kind of bot. They do this to lower there avarage shipping time.
As the item has “shipped” there is no option to cancel the order anymore. There does not seem to be any official way to cancel or get a refund. Has anyone here on the forum had a similar problem or have any ideas about how to get a refund in this situation. Or do I really have to wait 90 days before I can get a refund?
Usually you are not charged until it shipped. But there may be a temporary hold on the card that should drop off after a few days. If you were charged, the refund should be automatic. I was charged but it's pending. Unless your order had a tracking number, it's just a temporary hold and will disappear in 1-3 days.
